Bublii
Co-founded with Jo Rocca
For that situation at work you can't stop thinking about. An AI companion for people navigating difficult workplace conversations — so the hard work of being known is already done before you need help.
Launching soon

"I've seen Sara build, decide, and lead under real pressure, over time. She's a technologist driven by a rare combination of technical ambition and social purpose." — Jo Rocca, co-founder

Mogo
Co-founded with Bee Queen 2.0, age 10, Chief Design Authority
Assistive technology for kids, built in nine days using AI — and deliberately AI-free inside the app. Live in beta globally. First school: Bina School
Live in beta

"I made this because nothing existed that actually helped kids with brains like mine. Adults keep making things for us. I wanted to make something with us." — Bee Queen 2.0, age 10, Chief Design Authority, Mogo

bébé bloom
Co-founded with Fatima Sampayo
Australia's only women-led, women-owned, TGA-listed fertility brand. Reducing stigma and restoring body literacy.
In market

"Sara was my mentor before she was my co-founder. Our stories, and the stories of so many women navigating fertility, are why bébé bloom exists." — Fatima Sampayo, co-founder

KINSPACE Enterprise

The methodology behind every venture.

KINSPACE Ventures is one expression of the KINSPACE method — a rights-based approach to intelligence, strategy, and capability developed over a decade working with Fortune 500 companies, UN agencies, and multinationals across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.

The same method that powers the ventures is available to enterprise leaders and teams through KINSPACE coaching and consulting.

KINSPACE Enterprise & Coaching
"Your agility, flexibility and responsiveness to continuously adapt and evolve is what's missing from our current vendor panel."
Enterprise C-suite, Tier 1 global investment bank

The KINSPACE method is the asset I bring to every venture — methodology, market access, and capital, co-built alongside founders who have the lived experience to build what the market has missed. We build for the edges first. When it works for the person hardest to reach, it works better for everyone.

Sara Liyanage-Denney, Founder, KINSPACE Ventures

What is KINSPACE Ventures?

A co-investment and co-founding model that brings capital, methodology, and market access alongside founders with lived experience in overlooked markets. Each venture is co-founded with the person the product was built for — not pitched to, not advised by, but built with. The ventures span AI, virtual reality, immersive learning, assistive technology, and inclusive product design.

Who is Sara Liyanage-Denney?

Founder and CEO of KINSPACE and KINSPACE Ventures, based on Gubbi Gubbi Country, Queensland. Rights-based intelligence consultant, executive coach, and keynote speaker with over a decade of work across Fortune 500 companies, UN agencies, and multinationals in Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. Neurodivergent. Builds for people most systems were never designed to see.

What emerging technologies does KINSPACE Ventures work with?

Artificial intelligence, virtual reality, immersive learning, assistive technology, and universal design. Mogo is AI-built assistive technology for children's wellbeing — live in beta globally, with a deliberate design decision to keep the in-app experience AI-free for child safety. Bublii applies AI to coaching for difficult workplace conversations. KINSPACE has also worked with Deakin University on VR research, Equal Reality and People Tech Revolution on VR simulations, and Algorand on blockchain product development.

How does KINSPACE Ventures co-found with emerging founders?

By bringing the KINSPACE methodology, a decade of global market access, and co-investment alongside founders who have lived experience in a market that has been overlooked. Co-founders are the product authority — not advisors or recipients of funding. Sara works alongside each co-founder using the KINSPACE rights-based approach to surface what the market has missed and build for the person who was never in the room.

What is the KINSPACE method and where has it been applied?

A rights-based approach to intelligence, strategy, and organisational capability developed over more than a decade. Applied with Fortune 500 companies, UN agencies including WIPO, and multinationals across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. WIPO's Assistant Director General and DEI Lead described it as a game-changer. The same method that drives the consulting practice powers every KINSPACE venture.

What does it mean to co-design technology with the people closest to the problem?

The person with lived experience is the co-founder and design authority — not a research subject or focus group participant. Berlin, age 10, is Chief Design Authority of Mogo. Fatima Sampayo, who lives the fertility care gap, co-founded bébé bloom. Jo Rocca co-founded Bublii — AI coaching for the difficult workplace conversations most people avoid. Universal design is embedded from day one, not retrofitted. Technology built this way redistributes power and agency to the people who need it most.

Why does KINSPACE Ventures focus on neurodivergent founders and universal design?

Because the data is clear and the gap is real. 72% of founders report a diagnosis of mental health condition or neurodivergence (Freeman et al., 2018). 54% of neurodivergent entrepreneurs felt starting their own business was the only way they could make money, and 96% report experiencing discrimination because of their neurodivergence (The Entrepreneurs Network & Barclays Eagle Labs, 2024). These are not edge cases — they are the majority of founders, without the infrastructure to match. Universal design at KINSPACE means building for the most complex need in the room first, so what gets built works for everyone. Not an accessibility add-on. The founding principle.
